The problem with having this huge appetite associated with the ‘steroid munchies’, is that it is so very easy to over-eat; it’s difficult not to really. With over-eating comes even more weight gain, but this time it is ‘fat weight’ and this will be much harder to shift when you finally reduce the steroids.
